Julie Rau

Julie is the founder and developer of Commercial and Residential Properties. She is responsible for the acquisition, build out, development and design of buildings from inception to completion. Julie directs the marketing, managing, sales, and rental divisions of both the commercial as well as residential properties in Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Julie is currently licensed in the state of Maryland.
